Well it is really the beginning of the 28th since it is 12:52am but I consider this the end of the 27th since I have not gone to bed yet.
I had my meeting with Walter Martone, the Selectboard member I was interviewing for my article in next week’s paper. We ended up talking for 2 hours! I then went to Chester to hang out with Melody while she packed up her shop.
FOOD: For breakfast, I had coffee and great grains cereal with milk. For lunch, I had a creme soda, a curried chicken salad wrap, some chips, and then a cinnamon crueller. For supper Gary fried up some pork loin and scrambled some eggs.
HEALTH: I am still having pain in my right shoulder with some pain in my right upper arm, elbow, lower arm, wrist, hand and fingers. I am also having pain and stiffness in my ring finger and middle finger of my left hand. The cricket sounds in my ears are sometimes so loud at night, I have trouble falling asleep. The sounds are always there but seem to be less noticeable during the day.
PSYCHE: still feel somewhat depressed but hoping staying off facebook will help that.
SLEEP: I have not been using my bi-pap for a couple of weeks. Not sure why. The pain in my right shoulder sometimes is so bad I cannot get to sleep for a while and it wakes me up in the middle of the night, as well, and I have to get up and put the icy hot on it and take a couple more aleeve.
EXERCISE: None, bleh.
GRANDKIDS: I had hoped to visit with my grandkids earlier tonight but it didn’t work out. I am hoping I can see them tomorrow.
GARY’s HEALTH: He has been on the chemotherapy pill for about 3 weeks now and has not experienced any itching in about a week. He continues to take a long walk each day even in very cold and snowy weather. I am so glad he is feeling better.
